We can accept payment by cheque, money transfer, PayPal or Credit / Debit card. The choice is yours although we recommend payment by either PayPal or Credit card. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your options in this regard.
All financial liabilities are binding at the time they become due and all payments made are non-refundable once made with the exception of the damage deposit / insurance excess. This policy exists because we may not be able to re-hire a vehicle if you decide to cancel your booking and in any event we will certainly incur significant costs if we have to do this. We may also have lost other booking opportunities as your time slot becomes allocated once you pay your booking fee. We suggest therefore that if you do decide to book you are absolutely sure of your decision. We will of course try to accommodate change requests if at all possible and we are often quite flexible in this regard. Please contact us at your first opportunity if a problem does arise as this will increase our chances of being able to respond positively. We also encourage you to take out travel insurance that covers your losses should you become unable to travel for some reason. This policy does not seek to exclude your statutory rights and these will of course take precedence.
The following summarises the payment stages:
1 - At the time of booking, a £200 or 10% booking fee whichever is the greater.
2 - 30 Days prior to departure, balance due in full.
3 - Prior to departure - £750 Damage / insurance deposit. This must be cleared prior to departure.
